General Terms and Conditions of Sale :
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed on the Duha website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Duha website at the time of your order, subject to available stock. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in your curency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included in the listed prices and will be added at checkout. Duha reserves the right to modify product prices at any time; however, the price billed will be that in effect at the time you place your order.
4. Orders
To place an order, you must follow the steps outlined on the Duha website. Upon completion, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including, but not limited to, product unavailability or errors in pricing or product information.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the methods listed on our website. Payment is due at the time of order placement. If your chosen payment method is declined, your order will not be processed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Duha ships to various countries. Delivery times may vary by destination. We aim to dispatch your order within 30 business days after receiving payment. The estimated shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout. Duha is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We aim to provide a fair and transparent return, exchange, and refund policy. The following terms apply:
7.1 General Return Policy
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.
- Returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at duha.service.officiel@gmail.com.
- Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, except for returns originating from France.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm if it meets the criteria for a refund or exchange.
7.2 Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, you may still request to return it.
- As a customer benefit, you may keep the damaged item (and any accompanying gifts) and receive a $5 discount on another product of your choice.
- Refunds are not offered for damaged items.
- You may request to exchange the damaged item for another product of equal or lesser value.
- Alternatively, you may choose a gift card in place of an exchange.
7.3 Size Exchange
- If you need a different size, you must return the item to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
- Once we receive the returned item, Duha will ship the correct size at no additional cost to you.
7.4 Refund Requests

Gift Card (Default Option)
- By default, any refund request is processed as a gift card valid for 2 years. You may keep the original item.

Exceptional Direct Refund
- If you do not wish to keep the item or accept a gift card, you may request a direct refund in exceptional cases. This refund, if approved, will be processed within 30 days.
- Duha reserves the right to limit direct refunds and encourage gift card solutions.
7.5 Lady Diana (Custom-Made Items)
- Items from the Lady Diana collection or custom-made items are generally not eligible for refunds, given their personalized nature.
- If you wish to return a custom-made item, you may be offered a gift card instead of a direct refund. Duha may cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing issue.
- Exchange is possible (e.g., if there is a defect or sizing issue), and Duha will cover shipping costs in such cases.
- Defective Items: If the item is deemed defective, Duha will send a replacement. You may keep the defective item.
- Exceptional Refund: Direct refunds may be granted only under extraordinary circumstances; otherwise, the default solution remains a gift card and/or a replacement.
7.6 Promotional Items
- Items purchased during a site-wide promotion (i.e., an automatically applied discount without using a promo code) are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
7.7 Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds (whether via gift card or in rare cases as a direct payment) will be processed within 7–30 days from the date we receive and verify the returned item, subject to your bank’s processing times.
8. Warranty and Liability
All products sold on the Duha website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Duha’s liability is limited to the amount of your order and shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing your order and managing our commercial relationship with you. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent. You have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at duha.service.officiel@gmail.com.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs will be subject to French law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located near Duha’s registered office.
11. Amendments to the T&Cs
Duha reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time you place your order.
