All our items are made-to-measure, which means each piece is specially created after your order is placed.
Production time is typically 2 to 3 weeks (14–21 business days).
This allows us to ensure the highest level of quality and finishing.
Please note that orders are not shipped immediately after purchase due to this production process.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery takes approximately up to 10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or external factors.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.
